      1. Proposed title of this feature request

      Generate OCP must-gather/sosreport

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Today, in order to generate a must-gather or sosreport, we have to run through a series of steps to execute the redhat-support-tool from the redhat support-tools image via debug pod or podman, and/or login to a cluster via CLI and execute the proper oc adm commands for a must-gather. Reference guide: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.7/support/gathering-cluster-data.html

Sometimes this process can be tedious when we're trying to provide pertinent log info to Red Hat's support team, especially if the target node/cluster is experiencing problems and is slow to respond to commands. More recently, a must-gather was extremely large in size and our technical support team struggled to download and upload the file due to size constraints, which delayed the case from moving forward by at least a day or two.

It would be extremely helpful if we had a button/tab in the admin console that is configured to generate the necessary files for easy download/upload to a Red Hat case. This makes the process more accessible to all admins of our clusters and reduces the turnaround time for providing the info to Red Hat. Or, if there's a way for us to leverage a dynamic plugin to do this ourselves, we'd love to see some documentation/guide on this to help us get started.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Helps aid in Return to Service speed and eliminates some latency time in providing the appropriate data to Red Hat for troubleshooting.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      - OCP must-gather
      - sosreport
