      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Make dynamic plugins proxy timeout customisable

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
In-cluster services have different configuration values regarding timeouts, some services might take longer than the default (30s) to respond, in particular if the service returns aggregated data during long periods of time, the plugin proxy should allow configuring a timeout so requests to this services can be made and data can be shown on the console, instead of errors.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The customer is trying to display and analyse aggregated data for the default retention period, 30 days, in a chart provided by a dynamic plugin. But an timeout error is shown instead, making the plugin not useful. The in-cluster service and the request timeouts can be configured so the customer can see the data, but as the request goes through the dynamic plugin proxy with a fixed timeout the request fails.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
