      Description of problem:

      Dynamic plugins that proxy to services with longer response times (e.g. large Loki queries) will time out at 30 seconds with a 504 response.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install Loki operator and allow it accumulate logs for a few days
2. Attempt to make a request for 2 days worth of logs

      Actual results:

      The request times out with a 504 response.

      Expected results:

      The request should succeed even though it takes a long time.
