Support for GCP Workload Identity Federation

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Support for GCP Workload Identity Federation, much the same way you support AWS STS. Currently GCP IPI installer creates GCP SA’s with GCP SA tokens it would very useful and secure if we side SA keys and leverage GCP Workload Identity Federation

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer needs to use GCP Workload Identity Federation just like AWS STS

No, I could not find one.

5. Does the customer have any specific timeline dependencies and which release would they like to target?
OCP 4.9+
