1. Proposed title of this feature request
Optionally wipe Local Volumes before the first use.
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Assisted Installer for bare metal uses LSO to create the PVs for Ceph OSDs. In case those disks are not clean, the cluster is not created. Assisted Installer can provide a checkbox "wipe disks" for the user to confirm there is no precious data on the machines.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Currently, LSO does not re-format local volumes when it finds out there is unknown data, preventing accidental data loss.
Assisted Installer wants to install OCP on a bare metal machines whose state is basically unknown and may contain disks with some data from previous installations. Assisted Installer wants to use these machines without requiring users to manually clean the machine disks.
4. List any affected packages or components.
