Description of problem:
Repeated installs of SNO on the same node (with OpenShift Virtualization) eventually take up all storage on local disk(s) because previously created LVs are never cleared between installs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use console.redhat.com Assisted Installer to install SNO with OpenShift Virtualization enabled. 2. OpenShift Virtualization creates PVs for OS images each install (30G by 4x) 3. Repeat until disk fills
Actual results:
Eventually, PVs are not able to be created.
Expected results:
SNO should clear disks during install
