Assess and consider the following changes: 

• Version changes
• Doc attribute changes, BOMS, Plug-ins, commands etc
• Which sections / code snippets are no longer relevant in 3.33
• Which new features/breaking change updates are relevant and might need to be added to this guide
• Is there any information that we can reuse and include from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• Is there any information that we can reference and reliably link to from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• What content in earlier versions was confusing or had gaps/bugs?
• Anything else to factor into the lift and shift work
