Scope: Review the https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_build_of_quarkus/3.20/html/configuring_your_red_hat_build_of_quarkus_applications_by_using_a_yaml_file/index guide and assess what has changed for 3.27.

Note: Work needed for IBMEBQ 3.27 be handled in separate Epics. See here for list of epics. 

Assess and consider the following changes: 

• Version changes
• Doc attribute changes, BOMS, Plug-ins, commands etc
• Which sections / code snippets are no longer relevant in 3.27
• Which new features/breaking change updates are relevant and might need to be added to this guide
• Is there any information that we can reuse and include from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• Is there any information that we can reference and reliably link to from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• What content in earlier versions was confusing or had gaps/bugs?
• Anything else to factor into the lift and shift work
