Scope:  Complete lift and shift review of the RHBQ guides and make necessary updates for publication of RH build of Quarkus (RHBQ) 3.33

Consider the following:

• Evaluate and apply ContentX goals
  • Don't add "ContentX" label.
  • Create separate task if it looks like ContentX work is needed on a guide. 
• Update documentation attributes, BOMs, plugins, commands, etc.
• Remove outdated sections or code snippets
• Review with SME and update or highlight new features
• Review corresponding upstream content and include relevant info from Quarkus community upstream docs (use a Diff to see what has changed since the last release)
• Verify all Quarkus community upstream docs and other sources
• Review previous content for confusing elements, gaps, or bugs
