Certain cluster configurations require an architecture review to get support
from Red Hat.

Recently the Cluster Arch Review process has changed in Red Hat, see [1], [2]
and [3]. The new process is not in line anymore with what is described in
chapter one of the coursebook and most like needs a review together with the
people from sbr-clusterha.
