Description: It looks like our HA cluster "architectural review" process has changed:

Basically, folks were talking the arch review step as approval that the cluster would work...which is actually really hard from our end and was chewing up resources. We've switched to a model where we work with the customer through support cases and provide input so the customer can make the decision when they're confident they can go to production.
