RH436-110: Removing high-availability service does not result in fencing

      Workaround: Reboot the node, then try again.

      Description: In order to test fencing, a number of labs call on running the command "firewall-cmd --remove-service=high-availability" on the node for which you want to test fencing.

      I had a report from Nandan Bhat that this doesn't work, and I've always seen it work, until today. 1 student in my VT class reported this issue, and I was able to verify it as true. I was not able to reproduce it as rebooting the machine, then trying it again worked.

      I'm reporting it here for record keeping purposes.
