      Description: #REF!

Description: I would like to see one or more pages added to the intro unit to address a few issues with RH318, especially in VT.

      1. List the steps to change the display resolution of workstation.podX.example.com. "Student User > Settings -> Displays" then choose something like 1280 x 768 (or higher). While students in this class should already know how to do this, I think it would be a good reference. At the default size of 1024 x 768, many items of the RHEV-M GUI are difficult to see in Firefox. Also in this section, we could describe how to collapse and expand the system tree view (this wasn't available in RHEV 3.1) and how to reduce and enlarge text and other items in Firefox with <ctrl><> and <ctrl><>. I believe these steps will be applicable to both ILT and VT students. Keep in mind that using <ctrl><-> and <ctrl><> from a physical browser running Chrome to access Ravello may not work. In that case, students can use Ravello's keyboard to pass through those key combinations.

      2. List the procedure for releasing a mouse that is caught within a virtual machine (such as rhelX or rhelX-test) in Ravello. This is something that will absolutely happen to students in RH318VT starting in Chapter 7. Here are the steps:
      a) Click Ravello's "Show Keyboard" button.
      b) Click <ctrl><alt><f6> in Ravello's keyboard. If this doesn't work, students may need to use <shift><f12> in Ravello's keyboard and then try <ctrl><alt><f6> again.
      c) Log in as root with a password of redhat.
      d) Toggle off the <ctrl> and <alt> keys in Ravello's keyboard.
      e) Kill the remote-viewer process with: pkill -x remote-viewer
      f) Click <ctrl><alt><f1> in Ravello's keyboard to return to the graphical environment.
      g) Toggle off the <ctrl> and <alt> keys in Ravello's keyboard.
      h) Click Ravello's "Hide Keyboard" button.
During the first 3 weeks of teaching RH318VT, I was constantly going over this procedure. It would be nice if I could simply point students to a page where they could see the procedure themselves.
