Workaround:

Description: The select installation source button was grayed out and the only thing that would make it appear was to go into the connect to redhat first and click done.

I had to click on the Connect to Redhat and click on Done to get the Installation source button to be clickable to continue
I did not enter in any RH account info but just went into the menu and clicked done.
