Description: In the API chapter, the first GE, we still look up the job template's ID to call it rather than simply using the job template's name (supported since Tower 3.2 as the lecture points out).  This might not be necessary, and perhaps we should be calling by name here unless there's a reason not to.  If there's a reason not to, we should probably mention it in ch11s01.
