Description: In the guided exercise: Accessing Red Hat Ansible Tower, students use the default "Demo project" to test their installation.

Because this "Default project" points to GitHub after installation, the "lab tower-webui start" script modifies it to use a manual SCM with a playbook in  /var/lib/awx/projects/4_demo_project. That's bad practice to use manual SCM.

Why not create a small project in the classroom gitlab and modify "Default project" to point to it?
