PRACTICES (page 8) starts with the lab script:

[student@workstation ~]$ lab development-practices start

It starts the install of IdM on utility VM. Only, it seems to think that part succeeded even if utility VM is not reachable.

We experienced this issue at the pilot in Bangkok as well. It leaves utility without IdM setup and we have to troubleshoot later on.
