the git repo needs a site.yml file.

In chapter 9 (p334) this job template is created to use the site.yml (and works fine) but in chapter 11, the enable survey fails because the project does not have a playbook selected. The latest sync of the git repo no longer contains the site.yml and so the template has nothing selected and similarly the clone has nothing selected.
