Workaround: Having the wrong Floating IP will break the grading script.

Description: The incorrect floating IP will impact steps 5, 7, and 8

READS:
5.3. Choose 172.25.250.28 as the floating IP address from the IP Address dropdown, and choose test_instance:192.168.2.3 under Port to be associated.

Floating IP 172.25.250.28 was not on the available list.
The test_instance:192.168.2.3 Port did not match either (I had 192.168.2.4). Having a failed launch and then succeeding could result in a random private IP address. Therefore, it could be difficult to match exactly what the book displays. However, getting the correct floating IP on the list is just a matter of modifying the setup script...I think.
