Workaround: The demo doesn't have grading script so picking a reasonable floating IP should work. And, use demo_instance: with what ever private IP it shows.

Again for the demo it's not too bad but later during the labs an incorrect floating IP it will break the grading script.

Choose 172.25.250.26 as the floating IP address from the IP Address dropdown, and choose demo_instance: 192.168.2.3 under Port to be associated.

The floating IP listed above was not available on the list.
The demo_instance IP address will differ but 3 out of 3 times running this demo they did not match the book.
