Specifically the step "Create a container image for
the Beeper UI that matches the following criteria"

If you look at the solution of step 4.2 to create the container image, it
specifies several commands that are not part of the explanation and are
programming language/application specific:
USER root -> not specified and the image cannot be build without - not sure
if it's node.js or image specific or not but is normally not needed
COPY --from=builder /opt/app-root/src/build /usr/share/nginx/html -> unless
you're a node developer how do you know the application root directory?
CMD nginx -g "daemon off;" -> again very application specific and not
mentioned anywhere
