Issue description

In step3.2 "Set the project to storage-volumes and click Create Deployment." More focus needs to be put on the "set project to storage-volumes" here. The developer user gets an "access denied" when completing the previous step 3.1 "go to workloads -> deployments". They think they did something wrong there, but they didn't its because the webconsole uses "all projects" as the context and developer can list all deployments across all namespaces. So, make the set project part a separate step or callout to avoid confusion there.
