Issue description

in step 2.2 changing the project to "storage-configs" needs to be called out as a separate step. Learners who complete step 2.1 (workloads -> deployments) as the developer will be met with a "restricted access" as the webconsole uses "all projects" as the context. 1/2 of my learners in my VT class complained about this so its a something that needs to use a better font or a specific step/callout to make sure the project context is changed.
