RH403 V6.15: RHU (RHL) SSH access throws Permission denied error when we try to connect

      Issue description

      Can you please clarify if we have SSH access from the local machine to labs in the RH403 v6.15 course for Red Hat University / Learning for internal users. When we try to connect to the labs with SSH we get a Permission denied error for this lab all the time.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Create an RH403 v6.15 lab, download the SSH key, and follow the instructions to connect.

      Workaround:

       

      Expected result:

      If we obtain the classroom RSA key and public IP address, we should be able to connect to the lab using SSH, just like we do for other labs.
