      Issue description

      Can you please clarify if we have SSH access from the local machine to labs in the RH403 v6.11 course for Red Hat University / Learning for internal users. When we try to connect to the labs with SSH we get a Permission denied error for this lab all the time.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Create a RH403 v6.11 lab download the SSH key and follow the instructions to connect.

      Workaround:

       

      Expected result:

      If we obtain the classroom RSA key and public IP address, we should be able to connect to the lab using SSH, just like we do for other labs.
