Issue description

We have observed that learners are frequently encountering 404 errors when attempting to access the custom package repositories referenced in the following course chapters:

• Install and Update Software Packages with DNF (RH124 - ch12s08)
  Custom Packages and Updates in RHCSA Practice Environment (RH199 - ch08, ch08s06, ch08s07)

The affected repository links are:

• http://content.example.com/rhel9.3/x86_64/rhcsa-practice/rht
• http://content.example.com/rhel9.3/x86_64/rhcsa-practice/errata

This prevents learners from proceeding smoothly with the exercises, and our current workaround is to *advise them to reprovision their lab environment{*}. However, this issue is becoming increasingly frequent.

We would like to kindly request a permanent resolution for this, as repeated reprovisioning is not ideal and disrupts the overall learning experience.
