Issue description: for both v9 & v9.3 ch12s08 & s09 : there is no content at the location : http://content.example.com/rhel9.3/x86_64/rhcsa-practice/rht
and http://content.example.com/rhel9.3/x86_64/rhcsa-practice/errata
mentioned in step 2 , hence we get 404 error in step 3.2:
Steps to reproduce:
Workaround: It works in a freshly created new lab but does not in an old continuing lab.
