    Description

      Quay currently requires a Python library called resumablehashlib. This library is no longer maintained and would be non-trivial to update and use with Python 3.

      In previous investigations, a potential alternative was identified: rehash

      The purpose of this story is to replace resumablehashlib with an alternative or update resumablehashlib so that it can be used on Python 3.
