Currently repo mirroring is limited to a single repo. All configurations need to be defined on a single repo level. Many customers plan to mirror 100 or more repositories where for many of them the same rules apply (schedule, interval, Quay org, robot account, registry auth credentials, etc.). In order to improve the overall user experience we should allow bulk operations for repo mirroring such as the following ones:

• As a user I can add bulk mirroring at the organization level
• Bulk mirroring includes all options of repo mirroring such as sync interval, robot user, etc.
• As a user I can use a regex pattern to mirror all matching repositories which have been found inside a namespace (including new ones which will be added in the future).
• Bulk mirroring should not exclude manual repository configuration
