Current documentation regarding DB_CONNECTION_ARGS is not really that clear. There seems to be a misunderstanding what properties it can contain and what exactly is being sent to the validator and subsequently to Quay. This mainly concerns SSL connections for both MySQL and PostgreSQL db systems.
https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/libpq-connect.html - PostgreSQL connection strings
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/connecting-using-uri-or-key-value-pairs.html - MySQL
The options that we allow and support should be documented.
