OSSM 3.0 is moving to the standalone format, so a more robust set of release notes, perhaps separate release notes for Kiali and the OSSMC plugin, are needed. Service Mesh will have its own versioning and will not be tied to OCP versioning.

This Epic is intended to capture all the parts that are "must haves" for OSSM 3.0

Some items to be included are:

• Component table that includes:
  • OSSM operator version (e.g. 3.0, 3.1, etc)
  • OpenShift (e.g. 4.16...)
