A frequent questions from customers is for guidelines around CPU/Memory allocations for OSSM components - in particular the control plane, though Envoy proxies should also be considered. I usually refer people to the upstream documentation (https://istio.io/v1.6/docs/ops/deployment/performance-and-scalability/). Due to the frequency of this question, I think we should provide such guidelines within our OSSM docs. OSSM also includes additional components, such as Kiali, Jaeger and ElasticSearch which should have their own guidelines.

This could be an addition to the customizing the installation section, or our own page on "Performance and Scalability". Note that we don't have test data that we're prepared to publish with regards to OSSM's performance (the team does testing, but we're not prepared to release it). E
