I'm turning this issue into a top level epic for "Service Mesh Operational" documentation. That is - documentation on how to run Service Mesh components themselves - the Control Plane, Envoy Side car proxies and Gateways. This is by far the most common area of concern for service mesh users. This includes: 

• Troubleshooting Documentation (for Service Mesh components - not the apps themselves)
• How to configure Service Mesh components for production environments.
• Reference documentation for Custom Resources.
• Any other topics related to the installations, operations, troubleshooting and stability of the Control Plane, Envoy proxies or Gateways.
