Support new features from Istio 1.14

For SM 2.3, we are planning to bring in Istio 1.14.

As usual, we need to

• analyse Istio doc / reference to PM's list to identify new features we support
• explore the new features to confirm they work in OpenShift
• automate them

Note:
This story probably will need to spawn tasks and spread across multiple sprints

Istio new features 'added'

• Integration with External Authorization systems (AuthorizationPolicy) - verified (Prachi)
• Yuanlin manually tried with Tech Preview flag
• QE to create task to automate test case OSSM-2077

• AuthPolicy Dry Run - In progress (Prachi) (set up is done, not able to see logs)
• “Supported” (even though “techPreview” field is used).

• Configure the Istio sidecar proxy with the ProxyConfig API (confirmed) - verified (Sunil)
• Supported, with the exception of the “image” field.

• version for Istio workloads (covered by maistra-test-tool)
• Supported - Requires env var “ENABLE_AUTO_SNI” to be enabled via SMCP.

• Add auto-sni support (Prachi) (verified)
