Using the guidance provided in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-5308 add automated execution of the adoption script. Add to existing adoption job in the integration line periodic-rhel-9-rhos-17.1-extracted-crc-data-plane-adoption

Plan has changed to enable adoption in the ironic component job first, then enable adoption in the uni alpha job one the uni gamma implementation is ready to mirror.  This Story will be for the integration line.
