The Jira ticket https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-3564 is meant to cover much of what is being covered here.  But as per Julia's comment in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-3564?focusedId=24201847&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-24201847 there may be need for a script for executing in a CI context.  Follow up on this as this epic progresses.
