In OSPRH-6598 we are adding post-adoption Tempest run into the Adoption integration job.

Definition of done (proposal):

• In the Adoption job in the downstream integration pipeline, we execute basic Tempest tests after the initial deployment, before the adoption procedure is begun. This test is done in addition to the "main" functional tests which runs after the adoption procedure (implemented in OSPRH-6598).
