As the adopted cloud's data plane will stay on RHEL 9.2 after the adoption procedure, we should test that the cloud works in that state. The most straightforward way to start with it should be adding some functional testing into an existing integration job for Adoption.

Definition of done (proposal):

• In the Adoption job in the downstream integration pipeline, we execute Tempest tests after the data plane adoption. (When data plane is running OSP 18 on RHEL 9.2.)
• The tests executed are validating at least basic VM and Volume functionality. (Optionally more if it's reasonably easy to achieve.)
