We identified the machines impact by the known issue ~~OCPBUGS-52427~~
At this moment, RHOSO 18 only allowed to run on OCP 4.18 before FR6(May 2026)

Expected behavior

For backport this on RHOCP4.18 which hosting for RHOSO18
Or release the FR6 early ?
