This is a followup to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SDN-2213 .
We expect that existing customers with dual stack clusters will want to make use of the new dual stack VIPs, but it's unclear how this will work because we've never supported modifying on-prem networking configuration after initial deployment. Once we have dual stack VIPs enabled, we will need to investigate how to alter the configuration to add VIPs to an existing cluster.
We will need to make changes to the VIP fields in the Infrastructure and/or ControllerConfig objects. Infrastructure would be the first option since that would make all of the fields consistent, but that relies on the ability to change that object and have the changes persist and be propagated to the ControllerConfig. If that's not possible, we may need to make changes just in ControllerConfig.
