      The ARM builds introduced in  OPCT-272  is blocking the OPCT release pipeline. The ARM images must be reverted and the pipeline must be restored to unblock v0.5. We should move the ARM support to v0.6.

      Story:

      • As a partner validating the OCP installation on arm64 architecture, I would like to be able to run OPCT in the regular flow, as I can run in x86_64.

      Description:

      Currently the plugin is building only images based in x86_64 architecture, partners may be able to run the regular validation flow in OCP clusters with arm64.

      There are multiple images to be build/mirrored in arm64 architecture.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Create a pipeline to build the image for 'tools' in amd64 and arm64 architectures
      • Create a pipeline to build the image for 'openshift-tests-provider-cert' plugin (and dependencies) in amd64 and arm64 architectures
        • Dependencies: etcdfio, camgi, must-gather-monitoring
      • Mirror sonobuoy in amd64 and arm64 architectures
      • Update documentation for each relevant, and manual, steps
