Story:

As a partner validating the OCP installation on arm64 architecture, I would like to be able to run OPCT in the regular flow, as I can run in x86_64.

Goal:

Create OPCT support to run validation (default flow) in ARM64 clusters
Map the work to support Hybrid/multi-arch (amd64 and arm64)

Not Goal:

Support hybrid clusters
Support other arch than ARM64
