CAMGI[1] is used[2] in the plugin runtime to generate the report, saving in the artifact to be quickly easily available in the OPCT report (cluster arch).

CAMGI is embedded in the base image, downloaded when it is generated. The base image will be created in ARM64, we'll need to import CAMGI arch aarch64 version in that stage.

Currently, there is no build for aarch64, the goal is to check if it is possible to build CAMGI in arm64 to be included in the base image, otherwise, the report command need to provide instructions to the user generate it in their end.
