Description

As a user, I should be able to edit a ConfigMap resource using a form

Acceptance Criteria

1. When editing, the form should be pre-filled with existing values
2. The form should open with whichever editor is set in the user preferences
3. The `Edit ConfigMap` action should open this form-yaml view
4. Admin perspective should have the similar experience
