Description

As a user, I want to modify the URL of the URL decorator or hide the URL decorator.

Acceptance Criteria

Should be able to modify the decorator URL by modifying the value of annotation app.openshift.io/route-url.
Should be able to hide the URL decorator by modifying the value of annotation app.openshift.io/route-disabled: true/false.
