Description

As a user, I should be able to click on add task button that opens a quick add modal like topology, where users can search the task/clusterTask and select it in the pipeline builder page.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Replace the task drop down to patternfly control button(Add Task), on clicking it should open the quick add modal.
2. Quick add modal, should list the Task and ClusterTask.
3. Custom Quick search modal should have ability to search and CTA in the details pane.
4. Clicking on the CTA should select the task in the pipeline builder (Setup a Context to manage the modal actions).

Additional Details:

1. Add a catalog provider (pipelines-task-catalog) and provider- item for Tasks and ClusterTasks.
