Description

As a user, I should be able to use the quick search component in any of packages, right now the quick search related components resides in topology package, we should make this as generic component and move it to console-shared package.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Move quick search components to console-shared package and modify it as a generic component.
2. Change the topology quick-search modal to use the newly created generic components.
