Description

As a user, I should be able to view all the tekton hub tasks in the quick search modal and on clicking the add button should install (if not installed) and select the task in the pipeline builder.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Tekton hub tasks should be included in the quick search modal.
2. User should be able to install the task to the namespace (if it is not installed already) and select the task in the pipeline builder.

Additional Details:

1. Create a provider-item for Tekton hub tasks in the pipelines-task-catalog.
2. Use the below tekton hub api to fetch the task list.Resources - https://api.hub.tekton.dev/resources.
3. Upgrade CTA in the provider should be async/await.
