Description

As a user, I want set a preference if I like to use a form or YAML if both is available.

Acceptance Criteria

1. New user preference option "Create/Edit resource method" to switch between "Last viewed", "Form" and "YAML"
2. Forms which has a YAML tab should respect this preference. Search for <SyncedEditorField, this includes at least this pages:
   1. Helm install / upgrade form
   2. HPA
   3. Edit Deployment
   4. Event Source form
   5. Add Broker form
   6. Pipeline builder
