Enhance the "Environments" view in order to be able to answer the following questions about the application:

• Which version/commit-id of my application service is deployed in environment X?
• What is the application and environment sync status?
  • Are there newer versions of the application available for environment X?
• What pipelines are running for the application and if/how they are associated with the environments?
• What is the deployment history of the application? for environment X? when things are deployed and why?
• What are the DevOps metrics for environment X or the entire application?
  • Success and failure ratio for deployments in the last N days in environment X
  • Deployment frequency in the last N days in environment X
• How has version X of my app traversed various environments? (deployed in DEV on datetime, promoted to STAGE on datetime, skipped UAT, promoted to pre-prod on datetime, etc)
